Rogle Tactical is built by competitive shooters who design the gear we wish existed when we started shooting.

Founded by James Rogier and Justin Ogle, Rogle Tactical is a blend of our last names — and a reflection of the partnership that drives everything we do. What started as documenting our progression through the world of practical shooting quickly evolved into something more: a mission to create better gear for competitors like us.

We began shooting IDPA in February 2024 and pushed hard from day one — training, troubleshooting, filming, and learning from every stage. In a short time, we both earned our way to Master Class, and our experience on the clock directly influences the products we design.

As we continued to compete, we realized the equipment we wanted wasn’t available… so we started making it ourselves.
