Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. All 3D-printed accessories ship from Indianapolis using padded bubble mailers for safe delivery. Apparel is shipped from a third-party store. Standard shipping is a flat $5.95 and typically arrives in 3–4 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. A Priority Mail upgrade is available for $12.95 and usually arrives in 2–3 business days. Orders over $100 automatically qualify for free standard shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that USPS delivery times may vary, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. If your package has shown no tracking movement for 7 days or more, contact us and we’ll help file a USPS service request. However, we cannot replace or refund orders marked as “Delivered” by USPS.
